A native to Miami, Carrie Barros grew up in beautiful South Florida, and currently lives in Cooper City with her husband and son. After obtaining her degree in Business Administration, Carrie was then certified as a court stenographer, and enjoys handling complex litigation cases in the civil arena inside the Broward County Courthouse in downtown Fort Lauderdale today. With a love for and interest in South Florida real estate, Carrie obtained her Florida Real Estate Associate license, and prides herself in providing personal, prioritized attention to both residential and commercial clients; most of whom are repeat clients, who turn into friends. Megan holds a degree in International Business with a focus in Marketing form James Madison University. She previously held the position as Global Marketing Coordinator for three continents maintaining consistency and growth for the company. She was owner/Director of Operations for 6 restaurants with 350 employees and $6.5 million dollars annually. She has extensive experience in commercial development and a savvy real estate “flipper”.
After spending over 7 years part time in Stuart, Megan and her husband decided to relocate with their two girls full time to raise their family in Palm City. As a young child, I vividly remember tagging along with my dad as he worked buying and selling homes in Caracas, Venezuela. Following my father’s passion for real estate, it was at a young age that I started to appreciate the unique beauty in every home.
In 1995, my wife and I immigrated to the United States and after working in the computer and sales industries for a few years, I decided to get back to my roots and back to my love of real estate. Tim is no stranger to the real estate community as he has extensive experience on the investor side and now, the selling side of real estate.
