Hi, my name is Austin Copeland and I am the Accounting Manager for Charles Rutenberg Realty Fort Lauderdale in Ft Lauderdale, Florida.  I joined the team in January of 2013 after leaving my previous position with a large Community Association Management firm in West Central Florida where I worked in the accounting department.  My duties here at Charles Rutenberg Realty involve the processing of commissions, oversight of file compliance, and facilitating of any technical support needed. 

Leidy Parra Assistant Broker - Operations Manager

Leidy Parra, Operations Manager for Charles Rutenberg Realty joined the CRR team in 2005 and is an integral part of all support systems including operations and human resources. Leidy has been recognized for her responsibilities developing new processes and technology along with her extensive proactive support to the staff and all Rutenberg Realtors.

Originally from Colombia, Leidy has been living in Florida since 1999 and enjoys family, travel, and fitness through cross training, biking and hiking. She obtained her sales associate real estate license in 2009, and broker associate real estate license in 2012.

MICHELLE SESSOR, Managing Broker of Charles Rutenberg Realty Fort Lauderdale joined the CRR Team back in 2012 bringing to the table an extension administrative career in Real Estate that began in Northern Virginia in 1993.  After relocating in 1996 to South Florida she continued in the Real Estate industry expanding her administrative knowledge and adding experience in the Title Insurance field.  With a vast knowledge of the industry including Administration, Sales and Title Insurance she was a quintessential addition to the team at CRR in 2012.

Michelle proudly supports the many local charities including Fisher House, Tomorrows Rainbow and the Realtors Charitable Foundation. She is honored to be a Major Investor for RPAC the Realtors Political Action Committee and is a volunteer for the RPAC Fundraising Committee, as well as a proud member of Womens Council of Realtors Broward and Community Outreach Chairperson for WCRBroward.

Michelle hails originally from Ohio and is a family oriented individual with a deep passion to bring the entire CRR family together as a TEAM all while striving to grow the company by recruiting top professionals in the area.  In her spare time, she enjoys travel, boating, camping and College Football.
